No primeiro dia útil de operação do BRT Norte-Sul em Goiânia e Região Metropolitana, passageiros enfrentaram ônibus lotados e confusão com as novas rotas.
No Terminal Cruzeiro, passageiros aguardaram cerca de 20 minutos pela linha NS 01, que estava cheia, impossibilitando o embarque de muitos.
Algumas queixas incluíram a falta de funcionamento dos painéis de informações.
Apesar dos desafios, a viagem foi considerada confortável, exceto quando alguns passageiros descobriram que não poderiam parar em estações desejadas.
O BRT começou a operar no sábado (31/08), e a CMTC espera um período de adaptação. Cinco linhas compõem o modal, com a promessa de reduzir o tempo de viagem em até 40%.
A RedeMob Consórcio reconheceu a necessidade de ajustes e destacou que há mais de 200 funcionários orientando passageiros nas estações e terminais.
